Hello again everyone.
It seems my blog is filled with reports of birthdays. This is another one of those. This time, the celebrant is Andrew, and the occasion is his 30th.
As old as that may seem, there were others who turned 60 this month, so 30 doesn’t seem so old. As a result, we did not embrace the “Over the Hill” approach to celebrating Andrew’s birthday. No, we treated it as though it was any other birthday. Another year passed since he was born.
The most notable happening this year is that we again burned the e’ntre on the grill. Last time the Old Lady burned the pork steaks.
This time I burned the Italian sausage. Andrew noted that we must be honoring tradition. And so, maybe we did.
Andrew’s dear wife, the Fabulous One is with child … Oh is she with child. Scooter must be getting quite huge (as far as baby’s go). We started a lottery of sorts. For $5 you can join the lottery by guessing Scooter’s date, time, length and weight of birth.
Email your entry by noon, Wednesday, February 22, 2017 to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Andrew’s party was a great time for all who could come. Next up … Scooter!
Thanks for reading and stay tuned.
