GOP lawmaker: ‘Nobody dies because they don’t have access to health care,’

Hello again everyone.

In response to a constituent at a town hall meeting in Florida who said his poor brother died because he could not afford to go to a doctor, Rep. Raúl Labrador, a member of the influential House Freedom Caucus said: “That line is so indefensible. Nobody dies because they don’t have access to health care.”

Really?  How did this idiot get elected, anyway?

Lets hope the Senate has more common sense than the House.  There is nothing more important to people than their health.  People who lose their insurance will remember who NOT to vote for a year from November.  It won’t be Mr. Labrador.
