Temple University research shows extra-virgin olive oil protects against memory loss, preserves the ability to learn and reduces conditions associated with Alzheimer’s disease. It might just be the holy grail in the form of olive oil.
Isn’t that great? Olive oil can help preserve your memory. Who’d a thunk it? Not me.
I am planning to put this good news to work by consuming more and more extra virgin stuff, including olive oil Because, you know, its the “extra virgins” that make it good for you.
